Silk Touch Should Drop Ice

Silk Touch drops Ice on old MC versions

This mod is simple, it makes ice drop itself with Silk Touch, since it broke on beta 1.9 until 1.3.1

I will be adding more versions while I continue on my 1.0.0 forever world.
