-Added the Ticket item, which allows you to quickly apply destinations to carts (including automatically via Dispensers)!

-Cart Engine items piped into a cart which does not have an Engine installed via a Cart Hopper on 'Interact with Engine' mode, will install it.

-The Cart Hopper now has a Redstone Comparator output.

-The Limiter Rail now suppresses the brakes when powered by redstone. #46

-The Cart Hopper can be disabled by applying redstone. #41

 

-Bugfix: Log spam when having a Signal without any rails in front of that signal.

 

-API: Set up a Maven for Signals (See readme).
