Sigil Utils

I'm working on a 1.18.2 version of the modpack this is made to go alongside, so this update just backports all of the applicable features added in v2.0, including:

• Added Circadium Ingots and Powder, which will eventually be used for... something.
• Tweaked the recipe for Varentium gems and Orichalcom Ingots.
• Added a few new transmutation recipes (Amethyst ↔ Quartz, Blaze Rods ↔ Prismarine (x2), Redstone ↔ Glowstone, Red Mushroom ↔ Brown Mushroom).
• Added Moss Clumps as an easily-renewable food source, made from breaking down a moss block in a crafting interface (yields 4). Mostly for the sake of perpetuating the cycle of existence and whatnot.
• Added a recipe for horse spawn eggs.
