- Deepslate Stairs, Slabs and Walls no longer emit a Redstone signal.
- Changed various blocks (including slabs, stairs & walls) to no longer use tick rating.
  - It means that those blocks should be more optimized.
- Changed various slabs & walls so they no longer let light pass through.
