Quick fix for defense plans that wouldn't start.

If you used a defense plan while standing on grass, flowers, ferns or a bit of snow, the builder would refuse with "no accessible native marker position is available". Now the builder just clears that cover where its marker goes (the plants drop like normal) and gets to work.

Your own builder or pets standing next to you also don't block the job anymore, and the marker can sit on stone, snow, clay, or sand and gravel resting on solid ground.

Chests, crops, water, berry bushes, cactus and your own blocks are still left alone, and you're still not charged until the builder actually takes the job.

Back up your world, and update the server and every client together.
