- Remove stale enemy camp territory claims left behind by older or interrupted sieges. These invisible Recruits reservations could block players from claiming otherwise-empty land.
- Preserve active war camps, occupied Siege Core territory, and camps captured by players.
- Reduce claim-maintenance overhead by scanning the full Recruits claim registry only every five minutes.
