Ki-blast customization for advanced spawners.

✨ Additions

• Ki Blasts editor: On both the normal and boss spawner tabs, pick specific ki-blast types (21, including Double Sunday), give each a colour and size, and set a min/max interval per blast.
• Min/max ki damage: The single "Ki Power" is now a damage range — each spawned mob rolls its own damage and blast timing for natural variance.

♻️ Compatibility

• Drop-in over 1.6.3. Existing spawners keep working. The new ki-blast settings require Shurui's DMZ Utilities 2.8.5+ (the fighter reads them).
