
Shrouds function just like normal beacons; they use the same base materials and payments, but its effects only affect hostile mobs. The effects that a Shroud provides are:
Tier 1:
Weakness - reduced melee damage (as vanilla)
Nausea - ranged attacks, such as from skeletons and trident-wielding drowned, are less accurate (vanilla effect, but custom implementation)
Tier 2:
Slowness - slows mobs (as vanilla)
Binding [New] - prevents Endermen from teleporting. Level 2 also affects Shulkers.
Tier 3:
Frailty [New] - increased critical strike damage received
Tier 4 :
Dampen [New] - Creeper explosions don't destroy blocks or damage players
