Adds a coin & dollar bill item that can be used to buy things at the market. Kill mobs for the coins.

Supported game versions

* Various bug fixes.

* Made the Market Block unbreakable.

* Added a new config option for setting the cost that will show in chat when you have an insufficient balance.

* Changed the In-Game Config GUI to use the en_US.lang for the category names, instead of of just the category name directly from the config file.

Haven't found a fix for the repeating Dollar Bills in the creative tab, but working on it.
