Shockbyte Link
Shockbyte Link adds a direct route to Shockbyte server hosting inside Minecraft’s menus. It is client side only, adds no blocks, items or gameplay changes, and touches no world data.
Shockbyte logo on the title screen
A blue lightning bolt sits in the top right corner of the main menu. Click it to open shockbyte.com in your browser. It draws after the rest of the menu, so it never covers buttons, splash text or the Minecraft logo, and it scales cleanly at every GUI scale.
Server banner on the multiplayer screen
Open Multiplayer and a panel appears above your server list reading “Get your own Minecraft server”. It highlights on hover and opens the Shockbyte site when clicked, so getting a server takes one click from the screen where you would notice you need one.
The banner never covers your servers. The mod shifts the server list down by exactly the banner’s height, keeping every entry visible and scrollable. On short windows the banner is skipped and the screen renders as vanilla. Your saved servers, their order, pings and icons stay untouched.
Configurable link
The destination URL lives in shockbytelink.properties inside the jar, editable with any zip tool. Drop a copy in your config folder to override it per installation. The banner’s text is configurable the same way, so networks and partners can run their own wording.
