Shine 3.0

A major update for Fabric 1.21.11 that expands Shine from a lighting-focused effects editor into a full shaderless visual enhancement suite with world atmosphere, interactive environments, weather, ambient life, particles, sounds, and creator tools.

This version of Shine currently requires Sodium.
