Shield Spikes

Add sharp spikes to your vanilla shield and damage enemies when blocking melee attacks.
Shield Spikes lets you upgrade the original Minecraft shield with dense, sharp spikes through crafting.
Combine a vanilla shield with one supported material in your inventory crafting grid or a crafting table. Your shield keeps its durability, enchantments, custom name, and banner patterns.
Available materials:
- Wood
- Stone or Cobblestone
- Copper
- Gold
- Iron
- Diamond
- Netherite
Each material gives your shield a different spike appearance and damage strength. Successfully blocking a direct melee attack damages the attacker.
Spikes do not reflect projectiles, attacks from behind, or attacks while your shield is lowered.
