Shield Cooldown Remover [FABRIC]

This mod will no longer be supported (by me) as its functionality is included in Milkevs Essentials, and there is also a similar mod for 1.18 now anyway.

Removes the invisible shield activation cooldown, allowing the player to pull up their shield and instantly be defended

there 2 versions, one (-ShieldSurf) which blocks all fall damage while blocking with a shield (for the memes) and the normal one, which does not contain 'shield surfing'

This mod is serverside only, your clients can have it but the entire mod only changes things on the server side
