Shield Cooldown

This mod makes shields less powerful, making them unusable for few seconds after holding it for too long.
After holding RMB while holding shield, a little progress bar will appear under your crosshair. After it runs out you will hear a sound and get a short delay on your shield. Pretty easy right?
