Shearable chicken
Behavior
Works the same way as sheep, meaning:
- Shear can be used on them
- Body of the chicken will be smaller when "naked"
- Regenerates feather
- Baby chicken cannot be sheared
Features
- 2-3 minutes of feather regeneration
- Drops 1-3 feathers per interaction
Developer notes
Shearable chicken replaces the original chicken and it's renderer (EntityType.CHICKEN now holds this modded chicken) to make the mod more compatible with other mods. For the same reason EntityJoinWorldEvent & spawn combo like in earlier works is scrapped because Minecraft seems to soft-lock after world generation in 1.14 & 1.15.
