I originally intended to release this update yesterday, but the procedure assembly broke and I was unable to finish half of the effects and achievements I was going to add, so I called it a night and came back to finish it tomorrow. The issue fixed itself, as expected.

- Added tantos.
- Added the Obliterator of Archangels, a divine tanto.
- Added a new artifact, the Distress Signal. When held, it highlights the player by giving them Glowing until they unequip it.
- Added several new achievements.
- Added the Cold Steel Dagger, finally giving cold steel a real use. When using the dagger, the target is affected with Slowness for 4 seconds and Blindness for 1 second.
- Added a way to uncraft sealed enveloped back into regular ones.
- Cold steel no longer converts back into regular steel when used in crafting due to the addition of the Cold Steel Dagger. It's to prevent steel duplication.
