Description
Something golden is shining in the sand. Don't walk over to it.
The Shadow Scorpion is a GIANT black scorpion with glowing gold cracks and red eyes. It hides under the ground with only its golden stinger poking out, so from far away it looks like treasure.
What it does:
- Come within 12 blocks at night (5 blocks in the day) and it BURSTS out of the ground with a roar
- The ground explodes, you are thrown back and blinded for a moment
- It chases you on eight legs and grabs with huge claws
- Every third hit is a poison sting (poison + slowness)
- In daylight, with nothing to hunt, it digs back under the ground
- Rare: lives in deserts, badlands and dark forests
- All new model, texture and sounds
Spawn egg: Creative menu > Spawn Eggs.
Command: /summon shadowscorpion:shadow_scorpion ~ ~ ~ {Burrowed:1b}
Needs: Fabric Loader + Fabric API. Works on Minecraft 1.21.1 to 1.21.11 (pick the file for your version).
