add a new enchanting table: the Enchanter

it let you add and remove any enchant with any level

-Unlimited: let you up enchantment level up to 255 [if on]

-Anything: let you enchant any item (armor, tool, block, ores, ...) [if on]

3 obsdian, 2 diamond, 1 amethyst cluster, 1 enchanting table
