The mod add /sethome to save a home (/delhome to delete it) and /home for tp to your home. In addition, with this mod it will save you from walking a long way to find your house and as soon as you are in difficulty you will be able to teleport directly to your house. (French only for now and 1.21.4 only has /delhome for now)
