Added glob support to the config lists (ignore, include).

Apologies to current users as this may break some ignore list setups, previously the ignore list did the equivalent of **myIgnoredFile. Hopefully this is a much more usable system.

Server now outputs a log when shut down using the "exit" command (or anything other than just closing the terminal window).

Changed what used to be mod_ignore_list to file_ignore_list (as it does not really care if the file is a mod or not), old configs will still work fine however newly generated configs will have file_ignore_list instead. This can be manually updated if so desired.
