Fixed FileDataLoader Cache bug, which would cause minor lag, channel, autorank, perks, and warps all reloaded constantly if they were in use.

Fixed Minor bugs related to logout events.

Added alternative username lookup for commands, for use with mods that change player's usernames.

Added /tag command, simular to the one in 1.13

Added chat username / uuid hover option in chat config, will show username and uuid when hovering over a user's chat messages.
