🛠️ HOTFIX - Optimization and Kelp Mechanics
A critical update has been deployed to address performance issues (severe FPS drops) associated with Kelp forests, while also rebalancing how the plant is harvested:

Entity Optimization (Anti-Lag): A Kelp column that collapses (because its support block was destroyed) no longer drops any items. This prevents the simultaneous generation of thousands of entities in the water, ensuring server and FPS stability.

Harvesting Rebalance: The harvesting method is now more realistic and demanding.

Kelp only yields an item if cut with Shears or a tool with the Silk Touch enchantment.

Only the specific block broken with the tool will drop an item.

Breaking the plant with bare hands, via an explosion, or by destroying the block beneath it will yield no loot.

Visual Optimization: The "Kelp" item—whether held in hand or dropped on the ground—now uses a fixed, static texture instead of retaining the underwater swaying animation, in order to save on rendering resources.
