Adds a Minimum Player Count Gamerule for Serene Seasons, so that the season will not advance if not enough players are present.

Alright, the mod now plays much nicer with Serene Seasons Fix - Revived.
The mod will also make a log in the console whenever the player count goes above and below the set level.
There are server properties so that server owners can set if they want these messages displayed in the chat.
This mod has no additional files
