What's new
- Improved fluid particle color so it supports animated textures with some weirdly set mcmeta files without preventing the texture pack to load
- Made a first person renderer mixin not required. This improves compat with mods that change first person rendering which wouldn't need that animation anyways
- Changed version requirement in the mods.toml to allow older 1.16 versions to boot up aswell
