Remove 1 random negative potion effect with a bottle of milk

Description
This is a simple mod that adds a "Milk Bottle". Once Drank, any random "negative" potion effect will be removed, without removing the positive ones.
The following potion effects are the ones it can remove
- Slowness
- Mining Fatigue
- Instant Damage
- Nausea
- Blindness
- Hunger
- Weakness
- Poison
- Wither
- Glowing
- Levitation
- Unluck
- Bad Omen
- Darkness
- Infested
- Oozing
- Weaving
- Wind Charged
This is also the desending order of which will be removed first. For example; if you have the effects Bad Omen and Slowness at the same time, drinking the milk bottle will remove Slowness first. Drink another one to remove the Bad Omen
