Article 1 — Purpose

This License defines the terms and conditions under which the work (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”) may be used, in accordance with applicable French intellectual property law.

Article 2 — Legal Framework

This License is governed by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code (notably Articles L.111-1, L.122-4, and L.335-3). The Author retains all rights not expressly granted under this License.

Article 3 — Granted Rights

The Author grants a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Work strictly within:

Article 8 — Ownership

In accordance with Article L.111-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, the Author retains full ownership of the Work. This License does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Article 9 — Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Work is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The Author shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Work.

Article 10 — Acceptance

Any use of the Work implies full and unconditional acceptance of this License.

Article 11 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This License shall be governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
