Seamless Loading Screen 2.0.1 fixes minor bugs involved with mod compatibility

Fixes:

  • Fix compatiblity issues with Fastload, Fastquit and kennytvs-epic-force-close
  • Add fallback for mods who do various screen stuff during loading
