Flint Progression

Wood and stone tools are gone. Flint Progression replaces the start of the game with a slower, more deliberate climb: knap flint from stone, and go from there.

Main Comparison

Other mods present similar ideas, but this one has a specific combination from those. Logs are not mineable without an axe. Planks cannot be crafted without some sort of tool (axe or saw).

• Install on both client and server - recipes, loot tables, and log-breaking rules are all server-authoritative, but the client needs the mod too for the items, models, and recipe book to work correctly

Disclaimer: This mod is built specifically for, and exclusively supports, the Super Duper Fuel (SDF) modpack, targeting the exact Minecraft/NeoForge versions listed above. It will not be updated for compatibility with other Minecraft versions, other mod loaders (Forge, Fabric, Quilt, etc.), or future NeoForge releases outside of what the SDF pack itself uses. There are no plans to broaden support beyond this pack. Use outside of Super Duper Fuel is possible but entirely unsupported.
