Sculker [Origin] [FABRIC]

Now NULL VISION can be toggled on/off with saveToolbarActivator (C by default).

CHANGE NOTES:

Sonic Channeling: Damage increased from 5 hearts to 8 hearts, cooldown decreased from 160 ticks (8 seconds) to 120 ticks (6 seconds).

Sculk Transfiguration: Tiny form damage decreased from 1.4 to 1.2. Big form damage increased from 1.2 to 1.8, defense increased from 2 to 2.8.

Developer note: The idea here is to increased the damage output in it's big form, due to an amount of commentaries, the big form needed a buff. So now the sculker is intended to be played with it's big form being a strong attack/defense ability.
