Adds a Sculk Eye block that scans a set radius for set entity type and emits redstone signal depending on the amount of them

This mod adds a new block: Sculk Block

It can scan a given radius (max 100) for a certain entity and emit redstone signal based on the amount of those entities found.

Available modes:

Player
Any mob (not player)
Friendly
Hostile
Custom
