 - Added seasonal villager camp structure that generates in biomes tagged as dungeons:is_seasonal.  The Biomes O' Plenty mod is required for the structure to generate.

 - The tag dungeons:is_seasonal has been added, which includes the following biomes:

biomesoplenty:pumkin_patch

biomesoplenty:aspen_glade

biomesoplenty:seasonal_forest

Fixed

 - Soul Storm will not spawn above the ground.

 - Increased Soul Storm spawn chance.
