Scuffys Rats

Entities infected with any type of Plague can now spread it by damaging other creatures (chances varied)
Entities with the tag plague_rats can now spread the Plague by damaging other creatures
Entities with the tag golden_plague_rats can now spread the Golden Plague by damaging other creatures
Every single entity now has a 0.1% chance to spawn infected with the Plague (unless they are a rat then it's 5%)
The inventory Tab is now correctly sorted
Added blocks for the remaining cheese variants (Cheddar, Moldy, Black and Golden)
Updated the effect icons for the Plague, Golden Plague, and Black Plague effects
Added tag plague_rats
Added tag golden_plague_rats
Updated rats tag to use the Minecraft namespace
The Plague now has a custom damage type
