Fixed a length limitation issue when adding commands and a flickering issue when shortcuts were set to keyboard keys.

Please note that typing something too long may cause a Caused by: io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: String too big (was 400 characters, max 256) to be triggered, and there is still a limit of 256 in the current version.
