Exosphere Screen Null Guard fixes a specific screen-transition error that can disconnect you with a Network Protocol Error when you die with chat open.

The issue can occur when Supplementaries closes chat while Minecraft is switching to the death screen. This patch handles the overlapping screen changes and preserves the cause-of-death message.
