Withdrawal System — wearing the Jaded Ring for too long finally has a real cost:

Extended continuous wear now triggers escalating symptoms: Hunger, then Nausea, then damage if you push your luck too far.
Only kicks in once you've equipped the ring for the very first time — a fresh world or an untouched ring won't trigger anything.
Taking the ring off in time clears the buildup completely and resets the risk.

(Note: current thresholds are an early balance pass and may be tuned in a future update.)
