The Yule Man adds a terrifying new monster. Its history comes from the SCP universe, where it is referred to as SCP-4666, also known as The Yule Man.
The Yule Man emerges during the Weissnacht Event. A mysterious occurrence that only happens in snowy regions when specific moon phases align. Over several days, the Yule Man watches players from afar, drawing closer each night as the snow thickens and the tension rises. Eventually, he attacks with brutal speed and strength, wielding weapons like axes, knives, or saws. SCP-4666 is highly intelligent, breaks through structures, and freezes water as he walks across it. ► [OLD] What is my console spaming?
Most mobs use special spawning conditions, which means that these mobs can only appear under certain conditions. If the spawning conditions work, this spam is created in the console.
► [OLD] Why can't I summon a mob?
Spawning Conditions determine which conditions must be met in order to spawn certain mobs. Some mobs only spawn above Y level 60. Some below. Most mobs can only spawn in the overworld than in other dimensions.
► Why are features missing in different versions?
It is recommended to play the newest versions of higher minecraft versions.
Not all features of MCreator available or the same in different versions.
For example: Version 1.19.2 doesn't have the feature of shield, better structure generation or custom villagers, but Version 1.20.1 does have them.
► Where does SCP-4666 spawn?
SCP-4666 can spawn only in snowy biomes in the overworld like a normal monster. However, there can only be one instance of SCP-4666.
► How can I disable SCP-4666 breaking blocks?
SCP-4666 breaking blocks can be disabled if you set the gamerule "mobGriefing" to false.
► How does the Weissnacht Event work?
The Weissnacht Event will be triggered during the 4, 5 or 6 moon phase during the day.
In Phase 0, the Yule man will watch from afar. During the next day, the phase will set to 1.
In Phase 1, the Yule man will continue watching from afar. During the next day, the phase will set to 2.
In Phase 2, the Yule man will continue watching from afar, and come closer. It will start to snow/rain . During the next day, the phase will set to 3.
In Phase 3, the Yule man will continue watching from afar, and come closer. The Yule Man can also spawn under the ceiling behind players. It will continue to snow/rain . During the next day, the phase will set to 4.
In Phase 4, the Yule man will get aggressive and always targets players. It will continue to snow/rain . During the next day, the Yule man will despawn if he stepped into sunlight with no players nearby. If he despawns or dies, the Weissnacht Event stops
All Phases can be configurated by changing the number in the gamerule "weissnachtEventPhase" to 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, and the gamerule "enableWeissnachtEvent".
It can also be configurated by using the Phase Item which is accessable in creative mode or with cheats.
It can also be configurated by using the commands /weissnacht_event_increase or /weissnacht_event_decrease
SCP-4666, The Yule Man
SCP-4666 is a tall, humanoid figure associated with the Weissnacht Event. The Weissnacht Event itself could be activated during the moon phases 4, 5 or 6 during daytime. It spawns only in snowy regions, progressively stalking its victims through five phases over several in-game days. At first, it keeps its distance, silently observing players before moving closer each day as snowfall intensifies. Coming to close to SCP-4666 within the first 4 days will make it vanish. Within Day 4 of the Weissnacht Event, the Yule Man can also hang from the ceiling above the player, and instantly vanishes when looking at it. By Day 5, SCP-4666 becomes fully aggressive, always knowing the next players location and attacking with extreme speed and power. It can break glass, doors, wood and fences, break shields, and even leap at players or climb walls. When near water, it freezes the ground beneath it. If it kills a player, it places a Present Block containing a grotesque Fleshy Doll from your remains. SCP-4666 despawns at day when he's exposed to daylight and no player is nearby, which will stop the Weissnacht Event until it starts again. SCP-4666 can be contained using a nametag, stopping further Weissnacht Events unless it doesn't despawn.
