Zombie Plague adds a new effect. Its history comes from the SCP universe, where it is referred to as SCP-008, also known as Zombie Plague.

SCP-008 is an anomalous effect found in underground chambers. It’s stored inside a metal canister that releases infectious gas when opened. The gas infects nearby entities, slowly turning them into zombies. Wearing a Hazmat Suit prevents infection. Players can open or close the canister by right-clicking it, but opening it comes with a deadly risk.

● Important FaQ

► Why are features missing in different versions?

It is recommended to play the newest versions of higher minecraft versions.

Not all features of MCreator available or the same in different versions.
For example: Version 1.19.2 doesn't have the feature of shield, better structure generation or custom villagers, but Version 1.20.1 does have them.

► Where does SCP-008 spawn?

SCP-008 spawns in a containment chamber, usually underground in the overworld. There may be multiple SCP-008s.

► Does the Infectious mod work with SCP-008?

No. SCP-008 is an anomalous effect that can't be cured with antibiotics or prevent with the Hazmat Suit from the Infectious mod.

► What does SCP-008 Infection do?

SCP-008 is a new effect given by SCP-008.

-1 Food Level with 0.05%

SCP-008, Zombie Plague

SCP-008 is a complex prion that infects entities and turning them into zombies. It can be found inside a containment chamber. When opening the canister block, a cloud of gas will emerge. Wearing a Hazmat Suit will prevent the effect, but if a mob doesn't wear this suit, they will be infected with SCP-008 if they come close within 3 blocks. The Canister can be closed again by right clicking. The Infection is at the beginning harmless, only causing slowness, weakness and the removal of certain effect, but within time, the player starts getting a red vision, higher slowness, sweats, nausea and damage. The Infection stage will increase fast and nothing can stop it besides SCP-500 or milk.
