Scoreboard Extensions

* Score HUD changes:
Support for scrolling (when working with too many scores to see at once) using binds or scrollwheel.
Mouse interaction (Edit Mode), default hotkey is holding "G", leftclick on score to hide it from the list, rightclick = undo
Support for objective "displayName", for colored or formatted scoreboard objectives.
Sort ScoreHUD list, using a keybind.
All settings persist between world reloads (stored per world) - for real now.

* Added Commands:
/se score <targets> <objective> leveltick <dimension> [mod] - store the dimension persistent gametime (in ticks) into a score, this is the total number of ticks the dimension has seen since it was created.
/se data leveltick <dimension> [mod] - same as above but for use with other commands.
