Scorchful 0.15.11 for Minecraft 1.21.1

A few small fixes.

  • Migrated Scorchful to Mojmap to prepare for a Neoforge port
  • The Water Skin recipe will no longer load if Dehydration is installed
  • Fixed Pink Sand Piles dropping Sand when a full block
    • Note that these blocks are only registered if Nature's Spirit is installed
  • Fixed the wetness bar flashing a lot at low wetness when sweating
