Scopophobia's a 1.20.1 only horror mod based on the phobia ''Scopophobia'' (Obviously) Including features like paranoia and many other things.
The creature designs are Inspired by the analog horror series on Youtube ''Mandela catalogue'' (Specifically Alternates.) So I'd highly recommend checking out that series and whatnot since It's pretty cool.
Needs Geckolib for animations to work!!!
