This update just fixes some of the major bugs in 0.8. Not to big of an update over all but I think it still needs to be fixed before 0.9 comes out.

-Changed SCP-714's recipe

-Fixed bug where smoke dispenser sometimes has its particles spawn away from the main particles.

-Added recipe for Heavy Containment Smoke dispenser

-Changed texture for Heavy Containment Smoke Dispenser

-Changed menu for SCP Documents

-Fixed bug where the documents would spawn entities in the ground

-Changed Heavy Containment Smoke dispenser from regular to WIP
