SCC: Calculated Mobs 1.0.0

Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge 21.1+ · requires SCC – Super Cool Calculator 1.5.0+

First release. An add-on for SCC: mob loot without laggy mob farms.

Features

  • Simulation Calculator – a pedestal with a glowing star-glass orb on the SCC network. Put in imprinted Specimen Cores and it replays the fight: the mobs circle the orb as holograms, every finished cycle sends a beam of light up in the tier colour and the loot flies into the cable – straight into your SCC storage.
  • Real loot, every cycle – each cycle rolls the mob's real death drop: loot table, drops a mob creates in code (Wither: Nether Star), its equipment and the drop events of other mods – with Looting and "killed by a player". Nothing spawns in the world.
  • Every mob of your pack – no fixed list: a scan at server start and after /reload reads every living entity and its loot tables, modded mobs included. New mod in the pack = new mobs, no datapack needed.
  • No start-up freeze – the mob catalog is built in small slices in the server's idle time between ticks, so the server keeps ticking and players can join while it is being built (in a large pack about 15 s of work spread over under a minute). The Stellar Bestiary and the calculator window show the progress (status line "Catalog: x% built"); calculators wait and start on their own. The finished catalog is saved in the world folder: the next start with the same mods, data packs and configs is ready at once. /reload and /scc_mobs scan rebuild it in the background.
  • Specimen Core – right-click a living mob to imprint its form (the mob stays unharmed). Imprinted cores show the mob as a mini hologram and stack by mob.
  • Stellar Bestiary – carry it while hunting to gain knowledge about each mob. Six knowledge stages (Basic to Singularity) raise the success chance of a cycle from 25 % to 100 %; at Singularity a cycle may even keep its matrix. Pages for overview (rotatable, zoomable model, knowledge as a constellation), loot (chance and amount at Looting 0 and III, yield per cycle for each stage) and habitat (dimensions, biomes, structures). Filters for mod, bosses and learned/unlearned.
  • Research Dial – a glowing slider in the Simulation Calculator window between Loot and Research, with a live readout ("Learning ×2.0 faster · Loot 50 %") and a tooltip. At 0 % everything stays as before (full loot, simulations teach up to Yellow Star); above 0 % simulations teach all the way to Singularity, at 100 % three times the knowledge points per successful cycle and no loot. Energy and matrix are used as usual. Saved per calculator, the orb turns violet the more you research. Config: researchDial, researchMaxLearnFactor.
  • Tower study (with SCC: Calculated Defense) – put a Specimen Core into the core slot of a Star Tower: every kill of that tower on exactly this mob counts as hunting knowledge for the tower owner, like your own kills. Bosses never count. Optional – works only when both mods are installed. Config: towerLearning, pointsPerTowerKill.
  • Six calculator tiers – upgraded with the normal SCC tier upgrades: from 1 core slot and 15 s per cycle (Basic) to 8 core slots and 2 s per cycle (Singularity), with caps for Looting and parallel simulations per tier.
  • Upgrades – Pulsar Accelerator (faster), Plunder Lens (+1 Looting, capped by the tier) and Binary Star Splitter (parallel simulations), made in the SCC Star Forge.
  • Bosses – Wither, Ender Dragon, Elder Guardian, Warden and modded bosses (tag c:bosses) can be simulated from a Neutron Star calculator with Blue Giant knowledge – at a much higher cost, with a violet storm shell around the orb.
  • Built for the SCC network – power from the network, Stardust Matrix from storage, loot into storage. Click an empty matrix or upgrade slot to fetch it from storage or to order it. Without a network: own energy buffer, hoppers and pipes.
  • Autocrafting – every drop is a recipe for the SCC planner ("Ender Pearl via Calculated Mobs: Enderman"). A Processing Calculator in front of a Simulation Calculator in "On order" mode runs exactly the ordered amount and returns the leftover matrix.
  • Progression protected – dungeon keys, dragon eggs and boss trophies (Aether, Ice and Fire, Twilight Forest, Cataclysm, vanilla) never come out of a simulation; tag scc_mobs:no_loot and the server config let packs add more.
  • Window and look – a new Simulation Calculator window with a hologram orb, progress rings per core, energy and matrix tubes, a live loot feed and a clear status line; follows all SCC designs (F7). Quiet layered sounds, JEI category, own chapter in the SCC guide. English, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Russian and Chinese.
  • Configurable – cycle times, energy, matrix costs, knowledge thresholds, success chances, boss rules and block lists in scc_mobs-server.toml. Commands: /scc_mobs scan, list, info, knowledge.
