Scape and Run: Unalloyed Gold Needle

Description

If Malenia's Unalloyed Gold Needle can suppress the spread of Scarlet Rot,
then needles crafted using Minecraft's golden apples should have a similar effect...
This way, there will never be another moment of despair over infected companions.

A small addon specifically for Scape and Run: Parasites, featuring three qualities of Purifying Needles. 
Holding the needle while attacking a target will insert it into their head [replaces the helmet].

*Wooden Needle - Removes all potion effects
*Golden Needle - Removes all potion effects and slowly restores health
*Rare Needle - Removes all current potion effects and applies 5 powerful potion effects, quickly restoring health.
