ScalingGUIs Reborn is a modern port of the original ScalingGUIs.
It allows GUI screens, the HUD, and tooltips to be scaled independently, with per-screen scaling rules, dynamic container scaling, and a configurable F9 shortcut. Optional compatibility with JEI and Obscure Tooltips is also included.
