[SBW] Mini Auto Turret

Fixes

• Fixed a crash when a turret is placed with SuperbWarfare 0.8.9.1 or newer
• The crafting recipe and the "Democracy Dispenser" advancement were stored in folders that Minecraft 1.20.1 does not read. They are now in the correct folders and format

Changes

• Rebuilt the tripod base and legs so the model is symmetric, with a new olive/gunmetal texture on the legs
• Adjusted the turret pivot, seat position and projectile spawn point to match the remodeled model
• The turret now ignores targets closer than 1 block, preventing aiming instability at point-blank range
• Disabled the leftover muzzle flare bone in the idle and fire animations

• Forge 47.4.10 or higher, Java 17
• SuperbWarfare 0.8.9.1 or higher (0.8.9 is no longer supported), Curios API, GeckoLib and Kotlin for Forge
