[SBW] Komodo X ImmediatelyFast compat

Hides Immediately Fast away from the komodo dragon so the komodo dragon stays happy.

(Jokes aside, this mod makes ImmediatelyFast ignore SBW vehicles so komodo can do the main work.) 

Along with a bug fix! (fixes a GL state leak that Komodo causes.)

If either mod ever gets an update, you can see if the mod still works by doing this command: /komodoifcompat status
