[SBW] Drill, baby, drill!

[SBW] Drill, Baby, Drill! is a SuperbWarfare addon making vehicles fuel-powered.

• Omni-Support: Supports every fuel and item from Vanilla or mods, even when it is not in default config.
• Simplicity: It is a small mod adding just a few items and functionalities. Everything is optimized as much as im capable of optimizing it, its still being worked on. It does not contain tick-heavy logic and even lightweight tick logic can be optimized or disabled through config. With it disabled mod does not affect performance.
• Realism: Instead of using electricity for vehicles clearly powered by petrol, diesel or any other fuel you can use actuall fuel. It is even divided into vehicle classes such as "light vehicles", "heavy vehicles", "ships" and "aircrafts", each configurable independantly. 
• Config-based: You can put literally anything into config fuel lists: items, fluids or their whole tags. There are fuel lists for different vehicle classes. 
  Anything can be turned into fuel through config as well as balanced with specification of how much energy it provides. You can disable SuperbWarfare default electricity refueling to enforce fuel usage, adjust performance impact and more.
