[SBW] Colorized!

Added infinite color mixing in crafting, now you will see crafting of empty spray can in JEI and similar mods, after crafting it you can combine it with as many dyes as you want

Replaced logic of colors to more lightweight Capability and moved it into separate library which now is a dependency

Changed spray can texture

Since i was working on it in my free time for a long time i dont even remember what else did i do but its a complete rework
