savety stuff

adds a hardhat and savety vest

there mosly for looks and a bit of armor 

i made this mod becuze i wanned to learn how to make custom armor so thats why i made this mod

 if i made the mod correctly the crafting recipe should be

iron  | iron | iron

iron| wool | iron 

and

wool |        | wool

wool | ydye | wool

-------|--------|------

wool | wool | wool

iron = iron ingot 

wool = any wool block

ydye = yellow dye
