White Dragon Scythe — Unique

A new Unique-tier, two-handed scythe joins the arsenal.

• Four Spell Engine abilities: Whirlwind, Ground Slam, Cleave, and Swipe.
• Every ability triggers the scythe's signature on-hit passive — not just basic melee strikes.
• Full Better Combat integration: dedicated two-handed scythe stance and custom slash attacks.

🔧 Tool Handling

Mining tools are now treated as ordinary vanilla tools and fully removed from the affix system:

• Pickaxes, shovels, and hoes (including modded, non-axe mining tools) are affected.
• They no longer roll as unidentified, never drop with affixes, and are no longer added to the affix equipment pool.
• Axes are unaffected and continue to count as melee weapons.
